Beef Tacos

Beef Tacos

If you havent noticed I LOVE a good Taco Tuesday or Taco any day for that matter!!

Here is my twist on the most Perfect Tacos in my book.

You can cook these any way you would like.  Flattop/Blackstone, Pan, or crockpot. Whatever you choose it will be amazing!!!

You will need:

1 Red or Yellow bell pepper

1-2 Jalapeno pepper

1 Yellow onion

Paprika

Sriracha

Granulated Garlic

Cumin

Chili Powder

Coriander

Taco Seasoning ( I use Kinders for now)

Buffalo Sauce  ( I like Franks )

Grated Cheddar cheese ( For serving)

Sour Cream ( For serving)

So in your preferred cooking method  I'll just say pan to make it easy . Add in a Tablespoon of olive or avocado oil over medium heat.  When hot put in sliced Onions, Peppers,  and Jalapeños.

Add in ( mind you this is where you can adjust the recipe to your liking with spices and heat.) Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Chili powder, and a little Taco seasoning.  Cook until veggies are soft.

Remove veggies from pan.

Without rinsing the pan add in the Ground Beef.

When the Beef is just about done add  all the spices Garlic, Onion, Cumin, Chili powder, Taco seasoning, Paprika, including the Sriracha and buffalo sauce.

When the Beef is fully cooked and spices are added please taste test.

If you are looking for more smokey taste add more of the Chili Powder.

If you are looking to bring out more of the garlic and sweetness add a bit more Sriracha and Buffalo.

Grab your favorite tortillas!  Corn, Flour , Lettuce wraps or whatever you choose.

I usually do a little bit of sour cream, grated cheese and taco meat.  Sometimes I do add lime.

And Enjoy!!

This can be made with shredded chicken, pork, or whatever kind of meat you want.
