Cheddar Cheese Ball


8oz Cream Cheese (Bring to room temperature)

8oz Cheddar Cheese Spread (Bring to room temperature)

1 tsp Dried Onions

¾ to 1 cup Walnuts or Pecans (chopped)


ln a large mixing bowl; add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese spread and the dried onion.

Stir by hand until well combined.


Now using your hands, form the cheese mixture into a ball.


Then, put your chopped nuts into a flat dish with low sides. Then roll the cheese ball

around and around, until the entire cheese ball has been covered with the nuts.


Then wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you are ready to use.


Serving Information:


Remove the plastic wrap from your nut covered cheese ball and place in the middle of a

medium sized serving platter. Then take some of your favorite snack crackers and arrange them around the cheese ball. Then add a small cheese knife.
