Pineapple Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed) We use Orange Mango ICE drink because of the sweetener in it. And keeps it low Cal
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly. If you're using fresh pineapple, peel and cut it into chunks. If using frozen pineapple, make sure it's pre-cut and ready to use.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the fresh spinach leaves, pineapple chunks, and orange juice.
  • Blend: Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high speed until the smoothie is well blended and reaches your desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more orange juice or a bit of water.
  • Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more orange juice or water until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • Serve: Pour the green smoothie into a glass, and you can add ice cubes if you prefer a colder drink.
  • Garnish (Optional): Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprig of mint for a decorative touch.
