TACO DIP
1 can Refried Beans
1 lb Lean Hamburger
1 package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Jar Taco Sauce (Ortega)
1 medium Green Pepper (Diced)
1 medium Onion (Diced)
1 (16 oz) pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Sliced Black Olives
Place the hamburger, onions and green peppers in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish.
Microwave on high for 4 - 6 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
(Halfway through cooking, drain off the excess grease and break up the hamburger.)
Then stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix and Taco Sauce and mix well.
Then stir in the Refried Beans and mix well. Then even out the mixture in the casserole
dish.
Cover and heat thoroughly in the microwave for 3 - 4 minutes on high.
Remove from the microwave.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then place the sliced olives evenly over the shredded
cheese.
Microwave for another 3 - 4 minutes
Serve Hot (Use Taco Scoopable Chips)
