Buttered Noodles

10 oz egg noodles

2 Tablespoons un salted Butter

1/2 cup  low- fat Chicken stock ( Heated) 

1/2 teaspoon fresh chives

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

 

Instructions

Bring a large pot to a boil with water

Add the 10 oz of noodles and cook till desired doneness 

Melt the butter, chicken stock , salt pepper and chive together in a bowl

Drain noodles and add in chicken stock mix.

And serve 

 You can add cheese or other spices to the top   Also Chicken is a great add in too if you so choose
