Sara's Meatballs


Meatballs


Preheat oven to 350 




Mind you this is for a large batch of Meatballs

In a large Mixing Bowl add together all of the following.


2 lbs Beef  ( I like 91- 10 for fat content)

1 lbs of Italian Sausage ( Hot or Mild   whatever you choose)

2 eggs

1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1 Tablespoon Ground Mustard

1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley


Healthy Squirt of Sriracha

Healthy Squirt of Buffalo Sauce ( I like Franks for now)  


Most of the flavor will come from the Italian sausage :)


In a large Skillet pan add in 2 teaspoons olive or avocado oil and preheat on medium.


Now mix and roll the mixture into balls  and place them in the skillet.   Please do not overcrowd the pan.

4-5 min per side just to make it nice and crisp on the outside.

 Now in your preheated oven 

Transfer to a baking pan and finish cooking in the oven. 

About 20 ish minutes  


And serve..   I usually like to pair these with Cauliflower Mashed  “Potatoes”
