Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Equipment Needed.

Slow Cooker

4 lbs of Pork Shoulder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

2 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Cup Barbecue Sauce 

You can mix and match your favorites

 

Instructions 

Combine the Salt, Garlic Powder, Paprika in a bowl , then use your hands to rub the mix all over the pork, making sure that it's completely coated.

Pour the apple cider vinegar into your slow cooker, then place the pork on top and put a lid on it. Cook in HIGH for 5 hours or low for 7 hours, then, remove the lid pour in the bbq sauce and cook for 1 more hour.

Use 2 forks to shred the pork, toss it in the sauce and enjoy.
