Cauliflower Mash


1 head of Cauliflower 

6 Qt Pot

Water to fill the pot 



 Clean and de-leaf the Head of Cauliflower and cut into pieces

Add to Pot and cover with water


Bring to a boil and boil for 10 ish minutes till fort tender


Drain all the water and mash up cauliflower. Note there will be some extra water because  of the cauliflower drain as much as you can. 


I do end up adding a bit of flour or almond flour just to help with the texture but not much.  


Season as you like. I usually use season salt and irish butter 


Great thing about these is you dont have to tell anyone they are a healthier version 🙂
